www.clubmo.ie represents the platform owned and managed by the “European Business Network Institute” Association (hereinafter “the Association” or “Mindset Owners Club”), based in IaÈ™i,  No. 14 Decebal Street, block B3, entrance B, Apartment 3, IaÈ™i county, having tax code: 27463090, in order to make public and promote the activity of Mindset Owners Club, for your benefit.

In order to achieve our goal, we have prepared the Terms and Conditions (T&C) that govern the relationship between   Mindset Owners Club and you, a platform visitor or Participant in one or more events or a member of the Club. To facilitate understanding of these T&C, please consider the following:

• www.clubmo.ie means the platform owned and managed by the “European Business Network Institute” Association (hereinafter “the Association” or “Mindset Owners Club”), based in IaÈ™i, No. 14 Decebal Street, block B3, entrance B, Apartment 3, IaÈ™i county, tax code 27463090;

• Visitor means any person who, through various electronic devices and with internet access (desktop, laptop, telephone, tablet, etc.), accesses the platform;

• Participant means any natural person who has expressed the intention to participate in the events organized by   Mindset Owners Club and / or has actually participated in the events organized by   Mindset Owners Club;

• Member means any natural person who has the Participant status has expressed his intention to participate in more than one event organized by   Mindset Owners Club and has joined the Club, after paying taxes;

The content of the platform is the result of associating the creation and experience of   Mindset Owners Club with the information and images transmitted by the Members. Texts, photographs, graphics as well as any other materials or elements presented or which make it possible to present and operate are protected in accordance with the legal provisions relating to copyright and related rights, as well as those of other forms of protection of creation, for the benefit of Mindset Owners or, as the case may be, its partners. The content of the platform may not, by any technical means, be copied, distributed, modified, used, etc., for commercial purposes, without the prior consent of   Mindset Owners Club.

If you appreciate the activity of Mindset Owners Club and consider that participation in one of the events organized by us is useful to you, please note that the first participation is free and that the next, if you are not a Member, involves paying the fee in the amount displayed next to the events, in the dedicated section.

Participation in the events organized by   Mindset Owners Club, because they involve more people, in addition to the conditions specified above regarding the fee, also involves the acceptance of the following: conditions of participation, processing of personal data (see Privacy Policy), rules of conduct and agenda of events.

As the name suggests, respectively Mindset Owners Club, the events organized by us are intended for experienced entrepreneurs, business owners, who want to expand their knowledge - networking and develop through the means provided by the Club.

The events are organized by   Mindset Owners Club in the language announced next to each event (for example: Romanian, English, Russian, etc.) and   involve the participation of people who speak that language, at least at an intermediate level. Because interaction is essential for achieving the purpose of the events, Participants are required to observe the event agenda and conduct - as announced by the moderator at the beginning and the common sense rules (e.g.: prohibition of any explicit or suggestive statements regarding race, nationality , ethnicity, language, religion, social status, beliefs, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, illness, membership of a disadvantaged group, and any other criterion which has as its object or effect the restriction, removal of recognition, the use or exercise, on equal terms, of human rights and fundamental freedoms or of rights recognized by law, in the political, economic, social and cultural spheres or in any other field of public life; prohibition of any insulting or defamatory statements).

Mindset Owners Club in case it finds a violation of the rules of conduct and the agenda of the events by the Participants,  have the right to remove the respective Participant from the platform / location  where the event takes place and the Participant do not have the right to a refund if the tax has been paid, or to any other right arising from the status of Participant. At the same time, Mindset Owners Club is not responsible for the actions of the Participants who violated the rules of conduct and the agenda of the event, the latter bearing all the guilt.
